Travel in a way that brings real benefit to local communities, and that honours their cultural heritage...

When you travel with Mandal, you help support local scientific and cultural organizations in Mongolia. Our revenues are shared with the local communities, experts and organizations who are involved in organizing each tour. In addition, net profits from Mandal Tours support projects to conserve, promote and restore Mongolia's cultural heritage.

Revenues from your tour will help the reconstruction of Buddhist temples and other historic monuments, training in disappearing folk arts, the publishing of guides to historic sites, research on Mongolia's tangible and intangible cultural heritage, and the development of traditional handicrafts and other cultural products for the international market. You can find out more about these projects on the Mandal Fund webspace.

In commemoration of the legacy and teachings of
His Holiness Dulduit Danzanravzhaa
Fifth Wrathful Noble Xutagt of the Great Gobi (1803-1856)

I did not overbearingly sophize
Nor preach with pride and arrogance
But having found a sense in this world
Spoke the truth of my dear heart.
